      I was using Site Ground for over 3 years now , I came across a hacker that side he would do anything for money. I liked his guts , and so i decided to try him with some hacking projects . I told him to hack my competitor's website which he did and he dumb all the files the competitor stole from me .
      To my greatest surprise he did . I paid him for that and then asked him to hack my website . Knowing fully well that i was using Site Ground .
      He came back to me after 24 hours saying that he tried all he could but he couldn't get to my website .

      It really depends on why the account was suspended for. In most cases we send emails to the site owner to warn them that something's wrong.
